Account Verification

Ainvesting thanks you for opening a trading account with us. The core values of Ainvesting are the safety of our client, the reliability of our services and trust. Because of our regulatory obligations, our priority is the client's security. Therefore, we require specific identification documents. We highly appreciate your understanding and we suggest the following format to be used when sending us your documents:
In case of a scan of documents we strongly advise you to use the following settings: 200 dpi.
Documents can also be photographed by smartphone and uploaded either from: the Web Trader Account Options tab > Account Verification or via mobile app: Help & Support node > New Subject > Upload File.
Please make sure the Step 2 of Assessment verification process is completed. Please make sure you have provided detailed description of your experience, activity, and other knowledge.

To complete verification procedure, provide the following documents:

Identity Card

The Government Issued Photo Identity Card (ID Card) must clearly display the name of the holder, and the date of birth. The Identity Card must have a valid expiration date. The name must correspond with the name on the application

Address Confirmation

The address must correspond with the address you supplied on your application. Documents confirming your residence address must be either: utility bill (electricity, phone, water), bank statement, lease or mortgage agreement. Bills or documents must not be older than 3 months. The name of the recipient must match the account name. These names should be clearly visible.
